• Step 5: Start compressions - Kneel beside the person and place the heel of your palm in the center of the person's chest. Push down hard and fast, about two compressions per second.
• Step 6: Deliver rescue breaths - Pinch the person's nose and give two slow breaths into their mouth. Watch the chest rise and fall before delivering the next breath.
• Step 7: Continue CPR - Continue performing CPR until the person shows signs of life or until the paramedics arrive.
