• Report on project progress, including budget tracking, timeframes, and any issues or challenges.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as design and horticulture, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our landscaping services.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in landscaping, including knowledge of various plants, trees, and irrigation systems.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment and machinery.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license.
