How to write a Letter of intent to hire?

When you are sending out an Employment LOI you can also put some conditions that the candidate meet, before he or she will start in the position. This way you can also confirm the details of employment, such as the rate of compensation, vacation time, sick and personal leave, benefits, and reimbursement for expenses. This will help avoid confusion when they draft an employment agreement or contract.
- Write a clear subject line: Your subject line indicates what the letter is about. You must choose a precise and clear subject, like ‘accepting (job title)’. Such kind of simple subject will really do the best job.
- Write the appropriate address of the receiver: You should clearly and completely mention the contact details, personal information, and address of the receiver and your own. This will help your letter in reaching the necessary destination.
- State your acceptance offer for the job: In the next crucial part of the letter, you need to inform the candidate of their acceptance for the job position and under what terms and conditions. Make sure that you have gone through the terms and conditions of the organization and you agree with them.
- Pay acknowledgments: Remember to thank the candidate for applying for the job. Show your gratitude and enthusiasm to start working together.
- End your letter with gratitude and signature: Use words like “best regards” and “sincerely’. Make it sure that you put your signature along with your name at the end of the letter.
