3. Term: A agreed upon time in several years or months for which the property will be rented out, the start and end date of the agreement should also be mentioned. 
4. Base Rent: The decided amount of rent of the property on a monthly, or annual basis. 
5. Security deposit: the amount of money deposited to the landlord as security to abide by the rental agreement and not to break it before the stipulated period. 
6. Occupancy details: a detailed description of the property for what purpose it can be used e.g., food services, etc. as well as for what purposes it can not be used dumping garbage 
7. Amendments: what kind of improvements can be made on the rented property and who will be responsible for the investment.
