Important Notice: Steel Orders and Pricing - Price Increase Letter
Review Rating Score
As a valued customer, we wanted to reach out to you directly about an important matter regarding our steel products. Due to recent changes in market conditions and rising costs of production, we will unfortunately need to implement a price increase on our steel products starting September 1st, {{ current_year }}. We greatly appreciate your business and loyalty, so we wanted you to be informed about this change as soon as possible.
Why the Price Increase?
As you know, the steel industry has been under a great deal of strain in recent years. The fluctuation of pricing in raw materials and increasing production costs have forced us to reassess our pricing and make changes. We have done everything in our power to minimize the impact of these changes to our customers, but we find it necessary to increase our prices to continue providing the same level of quality and service.
How the Price Increase Will Affect Your Orders
Starting September 1st, {{ current_year }}, all new orders will be affected by the price increase on steel products. Any existing orders or quotes will be honored at the agreed-upon price for a period of 30 days following the effective date of September 1st. After this time period, all orders and quotes will be subject to the new pricing.
What Does This Mean for Your Tank Orders?
If you have open orders with us for steel tanks, please be assured that these orders will be fulfilled at the agreed-upon price. If a contract has been signed, the price in the contract will remain the same, but any new orders or renewals will be subject to the new pricing.
