- Start & introduction
Start the letter by writing your personal information such as your name, contact details, address, and email, etc. at the top left of your page. Then write a precise subject for your letter.
- Letter Body
After you are done with the address and subject of the letter know it is time to build a good body. You should include the following things in your body
- Start your body with a thank you to show some gratitude towards the employer.
- Accepting the job offer from the respective organization.
- You must agree to the starting date or joining date fixed by your employer or organization.

- End & Conclusion:
Pay your best regards and gratitude to the recipient for providing you with such a good opportunity. End your letter by putting your signature and your full name at the bottom left end of the paper.

Signature:
