What should I include in a letter of complaint to an employee?
Communication from an employee regarding a complaint:- Work with a supervisor to determine the type of harassment that occurred.
- Details about the harassment should be written down.
- Please introduce yourself and the purpose of your visit.
- The facts of the harassment should be presented.
- Provide a detailed explanation of your response.
- Identify the problem and suggest a solution.
- Be careful not to use offensive language.
