At Northern Arizona Audubon Society, Inc., we understand that timely and accurate shipping is critical to our customers' satisfaction. That's why we've created a comprehensive Shipping Policy that establishes clear guidelines for our shipping practices. Our shipping policy ensures that our merchandise is delivered to your doorstep with the utmost care and attention.

Shipping Zones

We currently offer shipping within the United States only. Shipping may take longer to arrive to Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories. We also do not ship internationally to other countries.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping methods that you can choose from: standard shipping and expedited shipping. Standard shipping generally takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and our inventory levels. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee and generally takes 1 to 3 business days. Please note that some items may only be eligible for standard shipping.

Shipping Fees

Our shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of the merchandise and the shipping destination. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout and will be included in the total cost of your order. You can also choose to pick up your order from our physical locations for free.

Order Processing and Shipment

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days of your purchase. We will notify you if there are any delays or issues with your order. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with the tracking number, so you can track your package en route to your doorstep.
